If you are an individual and want to connect your device to eduroam, you need to be associated with an eduroam member organisation; individuals cannot join eduroam(UK) directly. Please use the panel on the right to search for your home institution and click on the [eduroam service page] button in the Service description box - or contact your local IT helpdesk.

and contact them for further help.
